#man syslogd
...
SYNOPSIS
     syslogd [-468ACcdkNnosuv] [-a allowed_peer] [-b bind_address]
             [-f config_file] [-l [mode:]path] [-m mark_interval]
             [-P pid_file] [-p log_socket]
...

Where do you see an indication to use the "-cc"?

I need to remove the logs from the line of the form:
"last message repeated N times"
