Yes; however, I'd rather do this once at install time than after every
buildworld.

It seems reasonable. But to do it out of the blue breaks the POLA; there
should have been a louder heads-up. We've now had one, and the sendmail
defaults that were "on" in 4-stable are back, and I hope this will be
reflected in UPDATING then forgotten about.

Maybe (I always review changes with mergemaster), but it's a reasonable
assumption that existing default switches stay the same along a -stable
track, so don't "blame" yourself too much.
