What is the proper method for building a 4.0-STABLE kernel?
# /usr/sbin/config MYKERNEL
# cd ../../compile/MYKERNEL
# make depend
# make
# make install
or
# cd /usr/src
# make buildkernel installkernel KERNEL=MYKERNEL
# chflags noschd /kernel /MYKERNEL
# mv /kernel /kernel.old
# mv /MYKERNEL /kernel
# chflags schg /kernel
