I used to work for a large, international company that had a contract =
which included the delivery of 100 PCs to Hawaii.  When the computers =
arrived, 98 of them were non-functional.  The solution - send a VP to =
Hawaii to explain that is to be expected and "normal" and it was not out =
problem to fix them...
