Although not with 5.0 if you're thinking of the visual configuration
editor thing where device conflicts could be decreased.  I haven't
seen it on a 5.0 install so far.

Perhaps 5.0 is harder to install on pre plug and play hardware with
unusual IRQ/address ranges.
