I just installed 3.1 on system with a 3com 509 ethernet card, but on the first time it tries to boot, it hangs on the point where it says "Doing initial network setup: hostname". This was configured correctly (verified by installing multiple times), the install was even done off the ftp method, so i could setup the network properties before i rebooted it. any tips, suggestions, etc, they would be greatly appreciated. -- Aaron Seelye Systems Administrator BOSS Internet Group To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
