Hello,

I changed a bit your patch. In particular, I modified the tunable values
to only have:
     0: tap disabled
     1: tap enabled

To change the behaviour after boot, you may restart moused(8) with:
/etc/rc.d/moused start

Concerning the man page, I removed the parts about loglevel and
loader.conf. It belongs to a separate commit.

Are you ok with this new patch[1]?
