if your ports tree is up to date, just use LOCALIZED_LANG=3Dde as it is sai=
d by
the port.

WANT_GNOME=3DNO does nothing, don't where you got the idea to use that knob,
libreoffice is optionified so just make config, check or uncheck what you w=
ant.
