When i comment out the ifconfig line in /etc/sysconfig, i have no more fault messages. But ppp does not work anymore. Running ppp in auto mode, a ping to some.host gives : 'Network is down' Is there something special to put into the ppp.conf file when i'm not using the ifconfig line ?
