OK there.

Um, no.  You need to bug your PPP server into assigning you a static 
address of .198.1.  You can't just go moving IPs around, especially 
within a different Class A network (204 v 205).  The server needs to know 
who you are so it can route packets for you.

Is 205.134.198.1 an authorized IP address?
