  Modified files:
    sys/alpha/include atomic.h
    sys/amd64/include atomic.h
    sys/i386/include atomic.h
    sys/powerpc/include atomic.h
  Log:
Stop using the '+' constraint modifier with inline assembly. The '+'
constraint is actually only allowed for register operands. Instead, use
separate input and output memory constraints.
