I have tried setting the Operating System type in the BIOS configuration to UNIX/LINUX and OTHER with no effect. There is only 1 CPU installed in this system. When ACPI is enabled the system halts during boot with the following message: Copyright (c) 1992-2005 The FreeBSD Project.
