Since BSD liscence is less restrictive, maybe put everying under GNU is OK? But BSD people won't be happy. If GNU protects ONLY the exact coding. Maybe a rewrite of its algorithms and ideas can get rid of GNU? But again, it falls within the "derived" class. -Zhihui
