FETCH(1) FreeBSD General Commands Manual FETCH(1)

NAME
fetch - retrieve a file by Uniform Resource Locator

SYNOPSIS
     fetch [-146AFMPRUadlmnpqrsv] [-B bytes] [-S bytes] [-T seconds] [-o file]
           [-w seconds] [-h host] [-c dir] [-f file] [URL ...]

fetch wants an URL so you have to write

ftp://ftp11.FreeBSD.org:/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/4.5/README
