It was easy to reproduce, 4.8-STABLE, GENERIC with debug, vinum device
and fxp device commented out (compiled as a module).

kldunload if_fxp
ifconfig fxp someting
trafshow -i fxp0 (ports/net/trafshow)
kldunload if_fxp (while trafshow is running)
panic

lock (I can only blink caps or num-lock leds)
