diff to update SonarQube from 6.2 to 7.9.1 LTS version

SonarQube ports update from 6.2 current version to 7.9.1 LTS

SonarQube ports inst update for while and it very old version.
this year 2019 in July SonarQube release 7.9.1 lts version.
last version in ports are 6.2, we had try to update to 6.7.1 lts bug 225897=
 and
on same bug we have patch for 7.7 version.
current version in fresh ports 6.2 its from Dec 2016.

IMPORTANT: new SonarQube version require Java (Oracle JRE 11 or OpenJDK 11)=
=20
https://docs.sonarqube.org/latest/requirements/requirements/
where for javawraper need Java 8; so this installation will install OpenJDK=
 8
and OpenJDK 11 where OpenJDK 8 will be primary on system. OpenJDK 11 will be
installed in /usr/local/openjdk11/bin/java and installation will configure =
ONLY
sonarqube to use Java path /usr/local/openjdk11/bin/java for OpenJDK 11.
