Yes, it is still a problem under the most recent 6 and 5 and CVS  
(what I presume is to be 7).  The problem has never (to my knowledge)  
occurred under 4.  While we can build and run our app on FreeBSD,  
every time (and yes every time) we put it under a real production  
load we get a kernel panic.  Sadly, I can't produce a small or simple  
test case.  After much effort, I still cannot get a kernel core.
