Hi,
I'm trying to install freebsd on an amd64 3000.
I can boot from the cd, but with all the options of the menu I get the
same problem: the system starts to load but some seconds after it
stops. There aren't any messages on the screen.

The problem seems to be like this described in this previous thread:

Any idea?

P.S: I have gentoo linux and windows xp installed without any problem.
