Jonathan, I am wondering if you ever found the cause of that error you report. We are decent at FreeBSD, but this stumps us. Ours is a mail server, and I have ran hard drive checks. I am thinking it could be: A. Bad RAM B. Corrupt OS C. Hard Drives / cables being rattled by fans (has happened before). If you are too busy to respond, that is fine. I just thought I would ask because your setup looks really similar to ours. No control panel, but are indeed using SpamAssassin, ClamAV, Qmail, etc. dual Xeon processor. Thanks, Eran
