Hello,

I've modified japanese/openoffice-templates to point to
japanese/openoffice-devel instead of japanese/openoffice-1.1. The
reason is that openoffice-1.1 isn't in the japanese/Makefile yet.
Adding it to the japanese/Makefile will fail because
japanese/openoffice-devel is still in the Makefile too, causing
other tools to complain regarding duplicate entries.
