Of course it will and IS running on my K6-2 266 (overclocked
to 300 on FIC VA-503+ motherboard with 64RAM of PC-100
and AGP RIVA128). The thing is really fast. I'd say almost as
Celeron 300. And it is very stable too. The machine has
no Intel parts whatsoever:) Good luck.
