I picked up a PQI travel flash on the recommendation of a linux using
friend who says it has support there and on the chance it would work
with FreeBSD.

It is recognised as a umass device, but when I try to read from it I
get an error. The cards (smartmedia and compactflash) I use can
otherwise be read.

Compact flash with the sandisk usb reader;
  umass0: SanDisk Corporation ImageMate CompactFlash USB, rev 1.10/0.09, addr 2
  umass0: Get Max Lun not supported (STALLED)
  da0 at umass-sim0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0
  da0: <SanDisk ImageMate II 1.30> Removable Direct Access SCSI-2 device
  da0: 650KB/s transfers
  da0: 45MB (93953 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 45C)
<a read here with mtools works fine>
  umass0: at uhub0 port 2 (addr 2) disconnected
  (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): lost device
  (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): removing device entry
  umass0: detached

The same thing with the PQI fails;

  umass0: PQI Travel Flash, rev 1.10/2.05, addr 2
  da0 at umass-sim0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0
  da0: <General Flash Disk Drive 2.05> Removable Direct Access SCSI-2 device
  da0: 650KB/s transfers
  da0: 45MB (93952 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 45C)
<attempt a read here iwth mtools or 'mount'>
  (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): READ(06). CDB: 8 0 0 0 1 0
  (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): ILLEGAL REQUEST asc:20,0
  (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): Invalid command operation code
  da0: reading primary partition table: error reading fsbn 0
  umass0: at uhub0 port 2 (addr 2) disconnected
  (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): lost device
  (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): removing device entry
  umass0: detached

Just wondering if anyone has seen this before, and if there is
something that can be tweaked for what devices support what requests
that might work around this, since it's a nice little combo reader and
very compact for carrying around with the laptop.
