I'm using spamassassin on my FreeBSD box. It filters most of this crap
out for me, but perhaps I need to fine tune it a little bit. The
offending message got the following "rating" (>= 5 is filtered out):

X-Spam-Status: No, hits=4 required=5
tests=REMOVE_IN_QUOTES,RCVD_IN_OSIRUSOFT_COM
