If you're looking for hardware RAID using ATA disks, there are two good
places to check out, both that will support FreeBSD.

1 -Check out 3Ware (www.3ware.com)
2 -check out www.areasys.com, (they make multiple O/S independant SCSI
to IDE RAID systems, (that is you use ATA drives in their enclosure, use
a serial terminal to configure the array, and the FreeBSD box see's the
array as one SCSI disk).

hope this helps you out.
