Try <ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/binutils/snapshots>; (or the CVS
tree at :pserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.cygnus.com:/cvs/binutils.  That might
not fit your definition of `beta' but it's publicly available and has
3Dnow support it in (I haven't tested it...).
