emacs is a state-of-the-art, multi-platform WYGIWIG editor and runtime
environment. emacs runs on everything and does everything. A web browser,
two mail readers, and a
newsreader have been implemented in e-lisp, the extension language of
emacs. emacs will colorize, hypertextify, outline, fold, spindle and
mutilate text. emacs will play games with
you, psycho-analyze you, and dissociate you. emacs speaks many languages.
emacs will bury you.

Have fun,
