Given I don't think we'll ever see a Mutt 1.6 and some (many IT folks?)
are scared off by the "-devel" desgination; what do you think about
renaming 'mail/mutt' to 'mail/mutt14' and 'mail/mutt-devel' to 'mail/mutt'
[post subversion].

At this point Mutt 1.4 is very long in the tooth and 1.5 is where the
modern features are.  I think it would benefit our users if
'pkg_add -r mutt' got 1.5 instead of 1.4
