First of all, make sure you've got the latest ports tree. Then deinstall
gettext-0.10.38(?). IIRC, there was a bug in the msgfmt-new that prevented
windowmakmaker from installing. It's since been fixed, and when you build
windowmaker again, it'll build a new working version.
