dillo2 - various improvements and adoption

It is ready. Here is a summary of the changes:

- Refreshes distinfo as requested.
- Adds many needed dependencies that were missing (png, fontconfig, jpeg, x=
org:
x11, xcursor, xext, xfixes, xft, xinerama, xrender).
- Removes conflicts: the conflicting ports do not exist anymore.
- Adds a DEBUG option. An optional debug support was already included, but =
was
implemented differently.
- Removes SSL option. At the moment it does not work and it probably will n=
ever
work.
- I adopt the port.
- Bumps PORTREVISION.

I might try later to get SSL working, but considering that dillo is not
actively developed (last version is from 2013), I doubt the SSL support will
ever exit from experimal state.
Moreover, it looks like it uses an old version of openssl (1.0.2 or below).=
 Of
course new version of openssl has at least some retrocompatibility feature,=
 but
it is unsure it will be enough.
