That means you've got -- well, medium errors.

I'm not very familar with this wannabe-QIC technology.  Maybe it's
possible to reformat the cartridges?  Try

	scsi -f /dev/st0.ctl -s 7200 -c "4 0 0 0 0 0"

(Btw., which kind of medium errors do you get?)
