another cubeb_alsa.c (signal 6), this time without loaded VAAPI, setup is the
same as with 152459

I've replicated core dump while VA-API plugin was unloaded (deinstalled). 

Here, Firefox is built manually with -O0 -g, the WITH_DEBUG is _not_ set, as it
causes verbose writing to the console, and using webrowser is unbearably slow,
however, as you can see, some optimizations slip through that way.

This is another cubeb_alsa.c (signal 6) assertion crash.
