Description:
  Installer dies with a signal 11 error when the T option in the partition
editor is selected on an already existing partition to "Toggle New
Filesystem"

To Reproduce:
  Create partitions on a drive with the installer. Once the partitions
have been initialized (with a new fs), go back to the partition setup
screen and select option T on an existing partition.
