It's "net.inet.ip.redirect", if I'm not mistaken.
from /sys/netinet/ip_input.c:

SYSCTL_INT(_net_inet_ip, IPCTL_SENDREDIRECTS, redirect, CTLFLAG_RW,
    &ipsendredirects, 0, "Enable sending IP redirects");
