yeah, whatever, that's fine, but this PR is about ***/etc/dumpdates***.
The page you pointed me to was about ***/etc/crontab***.  NOTE,
"crontab" does not equal "dumpdates".  Do you understand my point now?

I'll ask again, slowly this time.  Have  you  written  any  documentation
about  the  /etc/dumpdates  file,  as  you  clearly  said  you  would  in
the  PR?
