Please read this very important document.
http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/install.html

All you need to download is a floppy disk image and the program rawrite to
get started. This will give you a boot floppy that runs the installation
utility.

The FreeBSD installation utility knows which files to get and will do it
for you automatically.
