Yes it is possible. You would have to enable the following in your
kernel:
options IPDIVERT
options IPFIREWALL
and then get a NATd (network address translation daemon) package.
Also don't forget to add support for both interfaces in your
kernel (if you have say ed0 now, you will have to add ed1 also). Take a
look at ipfw and natd man pages and /etc/rc.firewalls for examples.
