So my vote: prominently mark that we don't support this card and why, and
forget about it for now. If someone steps forward to contribute working
support, fine, add it. If not, fine too, ignore it.

If you look at the impressing number of cards supported now and the realy
nice attitude of some companies in providing docs, cards and help - you'll
note that we do in no way depend on "unfriendly" companies like Teles. And:
cards are dirt cheap nowadays, so anyone needing a supported card can go out
and by one. It's much easier then a few of us spending a few days to get the
16.3c working.
