They did (ship me a new one), and it does the same thing. I just don't depend on
the belkin too much.
All the systems have remote administration capabilities of some sort, so it's
just a nuisance more than anything else.

We have 90+ Belkins here @ my work and they are all flaky. I've been working
with Belkin, but so far all the ones they
have sent me to test haven't resolved the issues.
