I installed my FreeBSD 3.2-R yesterday and have since got about 25 of these messages about some files being saved for recovery. I tried to changed my shell yesterday but had problems with VI and am still preparing to learn how to edit in vi. I could not exit vi so I stopped the process and went and killed it about 5 min later. What could be causing all this stuff.
