Problem:

# ipfw pipe 1 config bandwidth 8Kbit/s
ipfw: setsockopt(IP_DUMMYNET_CONFIGURE): Invalid argument

# ipfw show
...
03100   0     0 pipe 1 ip from any to any in

# cat /var/run/dmesg.boot 
...
DUMMYNET initialized (000212)

Any ideas?
