I thought these are identical things.
In the sysinstall menu I chose "Fixit",
and in the following menu I chose "Start an
Emergency Holographic Shell". Is this not it?

Or do I need to prepare a separate Fixit CD or
floppy?

I was under the impression I've used this
holo shell before, but can't remember how now.
