LSB test suites are comparable to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defeat_device . However, as pointed out many times before on this list. There are some valid reasons to prefer Linux over any BSD (or vice versa) and there are as well reasons to even prefer restricted proprietary operating systems over any FLOSS OS, too.
