I'm trying to install jdk15 because I need it to access the ilom on some Sun x4100 boxes. Has anyone else seen or know how to handle this error message? I tried both bash and tcsh with a clean env just to see if that might be mucking something up. No luck... # make -D DISABLE_VULNERABILITIES extract ====================================================================== Warning: This JDK may be unstable. You are advised to use the native FreeBSD 1.5 JDK, in ports/java/jdk15. This Java VM will attempt to obtain some system information by accessing files in linux's procfs. You must install the Linux emulation procfs filesystem for this to work correctly. The JVM will exhibit various problems otherwise.
