Isdn4bsd in -stable was upgraded to the latest version from -current, which is i4b version 1.00.1. I4b users who are using the kernel level PPP driver (isp<n>) interfaces cannot use spppcontrol anymore but _must_ use ispppcontrol to configure the isp<n> interfaces. This also means, that it is no longer possible to use the sppp* keywords in rc.conf, instead use ispppcontrol in your shell scripts or use isdnd.rc to configure the isp<n> interfaces. In case of doubt, read the fine manual pages and the other docs provided. hellmuth -- Hellmuth Michaelis Tel +49 40 55 97 47-70 HCS Hanseatischer Computerservice GmbH Fax +49 40 55 97 47-77 Oldesloer Strasse 97-99 Mail hm [at] hcs.de D-22457 Hamburg WWW http://www.hcs.de To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-isdn" in the body of the message
