I have a snapshot of Stephane Potvin's WIP to commit to the CVS
repository.  However there are a few issues and I need to massage the
code some before it can be committed.

Stephane has an iPaq and Netwinder.  I have DNARDs.  You can use the
arm-elf compiler + binutils ports at this stage.
