Oops, forgot:

Tested on: alpha, i386

A sample i386 image using cdboot and this patch will be available on freefall
in an hour or so at ~jhb/public_html/disc1-x86.iso. Takes a while to scp 200+
meg over a 128k DSL link. :) I'd appreciate it if people could test and verify
that no emulation booting does indeed work in a good portion of the machines
around. Note that the current CD layout supports booting from either method,
the decision currently lies with the command line options passed to mkisofs
when the image is created (-b boot/cdboot -no-emul-boot vs. -b
floppies/boot.flp).
