in short: Yes.

 more clear: exists man implementations of X11. Default for FreeBSD is 
 Xfree86. All cards, which supported by XFree86 work with FreeBSD.

 Exists commerce X servers for FreeBSD (xig is one), 
 with large number of supported cards.
