My dogfood has the following flavor: SeaMonkey (a web browser) segfaults when loading a non-trivial web page (almost all websites I visit regularly), if the program is compiled with optimizations. Other than that, the system as a desktop (including Xorg and some OpenGL-based) appears to be stable.
