Oh, I misread it, I thought it was pausing to allow reading.  I take it
back, then, I can't see any downside to it.

If this is done, can that perhaps be stuck up on the security list, and
perhaps substitute for all the many security warnings on various ports?  I
mean, a one time posting, advising of the new security warning system.
