Subject:   reboots every 24 hours

I've got an old dell system that spontaneously reboots like clockwork, 24
hours for the time of the last reboot.

I've just (yesterday) cvsup'd to 4.5-stable and made the world and kernel.

Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
